• Upload audio files containing harmful, illegal, defamatory or infringing content
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Engage in any behavior that may harm platform security
• Use the service for commercial purposes (unless explicitly permitted)

3.1 Abuse Prevention Terms

Your usage must be reasonable and comply with our policies. According to our Terms of Use, the following behaviors are prohibited:

• Abusive usage, such as automatically or programmatically extracting data
• Sharing your account credentials or making your account available to anyone else
• Reselling access or using MusPal to power third-party services

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property:

• All content, design, code, etc. of the platform belong to AiMusPal
• Copyright of user-uploaded audio files remains with the user
• Users authorize us to use uploaded audio for AI analysis
• Content in the practice repertoire library follows relevant copyright laws

5. AI Analysis Service

Regarding our AI analysis features:

• Analysis results are for reference only and do not constitute professional music guidance
• We continuously improve AI algorithms to enhance analysis accuracy
• Users understand that AI analysis may have errors
• We recommend using our service in combination with professional teacher guidance

6. Paid Services

If you use paid features:

• All fees are priced in HKD
• Paid services take effect immediately
• Refund policy details are in specific service terms
• Prices may change without prior notice

7. Privacy Protection

We promise:

• Strictly protect user data according to privacy policy
• Will not disclose users' personal information and practice records
• Use advanced technology to ensure data security

8. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the following rights:
